Pre-Retirement Planning Workshop Series

Note: The session includes VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) which means you can use the microphone and speakers in your computer to talk and listen. As well, the session audio will simulcast via phone using (571) 392-7700 and the PIN 876956805380 ... not that you need to use it unless you're having a problem with the sound on your computer.

Testing the Readiness of Your Computer

The day before a webinar (or earlier), we strongly recommend you check that your computer is ready to work correctly in a webinar using our application known as Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing or Bb Collab. To do so:

Read and follow the instructions from the vendor
Click to see a 5-minute demonstration of how to test your computer's readiness
